Blue Chips, Not Promises

A coin on Blue Chip is paired with one blue chip from the first trade. Its curve is priced in a tokenized stock or index fund, so every buy puts that asset into the curve and every sell takes it out. The pair is written into the launch, not into a pitch.

What a Paired Launch Means

  • THE PAIR

    Built on Blue Chips

A coin is paired with one tokenized stock or index fund — SPYx, NVDAx, GLDx — never with another coin. Blue chips are the whole point: they are deep, they are priced all day, and they do not evaporate the moment sentiment turns against the coin they sit behind.
  • THE CURVE

    One Coin, One Pair

Each coin gets its own curve on StonkFun, priced in the asset its founder picked. There is no shared pool, no mix, and no mechanism by which one coin's curve can be drained to rescue another.
  • THE RAISE

    Redemption Is a Right

Every buy puts the paired asset into the curve and every sell takes it back out. When the curve reaches its raise target, the rest of the supply and everything raised move into a Raydium pool, and that pool's liquidity is locked.
  • THE PRICE

    Founders Earn Forward

A launch costs about $6 in SOL, all in, with network fees covered. StonkFun takes 1% on every curve trade and founders earn nothing from trades, so the only way a founder is paid is by holding a coin people want.
  • PROOF

    Everything Is Checkable

The curve, what it holds, every trade and the coin's own StonkFun page are public from the first block. Nothing about a launch here requires taking our word for it.
The Case for Paired Launches
LEARN MORELEARN MORE
Coin launches have gone a decade priced in nothing but each other. Pairing one with a blue chip changes what a buyer is actually holding, what the curve fills up with, and what is left standing when the initial enthusiasm runs out.
  • A pair changes what you hold

A pair does not make a coin succeed. It does change what the curve is made of. Buyers stop paying in a coin that only exists on the pad and start paying in a stock or fund that trades all day.
  • Blue chips are the deepest pairs available

Index funds and mega-cap stocks trade continuously against real order books. As pairs they price cleanly, they absorb size, and their value has nothing to do with the coin they happen to sit behind.
  • Tokenization puts the pair on chain

When the stock or fund itself sits on Solana, what a curve holds stops being a claim in a pitch deck. It becomes an address anyone can read at any moment, without asking permission.
  • Pairing widens who can take part

Someone who would never buy a coin priced in another coin can often justify one priced in SPYx. A pair is what makes a launch legible to anyone who already follows the stock.

ASK ON XASK ON X
    01
    Where do coins launch?

Coins launch on StonkFun, on Solana, each paired with one tokenized stock or index fund. Every curve is public, so what it holds can be read directly from Solana rather than taken on trust.

    02
    What exactly is a pair?
The pair is the one asset a coin's curve is priced in: a tokenized stock or index fund such as SPYx, NVDAx or GLDx. Every buy puts that asset into the curve, every sell takes it back out, and a coin has exactly one pair for good.
    03
How is this different from a normal launch?

In a normal launch, buyers pay in a coin that only exists on the pad, and the curve holds nothing else. Here buyers pay in a blue chip, the curve holds that blue chip, and the founder earns nothing from the trades.

The practical difference shows up when a coin stalls. A coin priced in another coin is worth whatever sentiment says it is, which is usually very little. A coin priced in SPYx still has a curve full of SPYx.

    04
Why not just buy the stock directly?

If all you want is the stock, buy the stock — that is genuinely the better trade. A paired coin is for when you want a coin as well, and want the thing you pay with, and the thing its curve fills with, to be a blue chip rather than another coin.

    05
What does the raise target mean?

Every curve has a raise target of about 85 SOL worth, set in the pair at launch. 79.31% of the supply sells on the curve; when the target is reached, the rest and everything raised move into a Raydium pool whose liquidity is locked.

    06
    Who can launch?

Anyone. Name the coin, pick one blue chip from the list, give a Solana wallet address, and send about $6 of SOL to the address shown. The coin launches on StonkFun by itself, usually within a minute of the payment landing. No wallet to connect, no application.

    07
Where can I learn more or follow updates?

The full list of pairs and how pairing works is on the Blue Chips page, every coin launched here is on the Markets page, and we post on X. Trading a coin afterwards uses a Solana wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, here or on stonkfun.xyz.
